Turbo Balance is a turbocharger rotor component (shaft-and-wheel and compressor wheel) and rotor itself balancing machine with integrated TURBO REVICON® system (special balancing method developed by EVB company) capable of balancing the following configurations:

shaft and wheel in two correction plains

shaft and wheel in two correction plains

compressor wheel in two correction plains

compressor wheel in two correction plains

control measurement and, if necessary, assembled rotor balancing in two correction plains

TURBO BALANCE - Model Year 2019

This is a high precision and high efficiency balancing machine designed for balancing of all types of passenger car turbocharger rotors as well as Truck-Bus-Industrial engine turbocharger rotors.

"User friendly" concept of construction and application provides high quality balancing based on the automatic calibration for each type of rotor applying free choice of the correction plains and computerized control of the entire operating cycle showing at the same time the value and position of imbalance for left and right correction plains.

Photo-electric RPM sensor with luminous pointer on the wheel blade is used for accurate measurement of rotation speed and correction angle. Driving belt mechanism with vertical locking device enables easy and safe use and stable rotation speed in the process of balancing. Thanks to a new transparent cover, Turbo Balance provides comfortable and safe operation.

The external Start-Stop key provides very quick, precise and comfortable use of the machine.
